WILL I be able to choose my own day/time for the session?

Yes, once you've purchased your session (and your add-on summary notes, if desired), you'll receive a link to an online calendar with open day/time slots. You choose the session that works for you! If you don't see one that works, you will be instructed to email us so that we can find another suitable option.

Will I be provided with notes from the session?

Summary notes of the meeting are available as an add-on feature (+ $45), which you can purchase at check-out with your call. The notes will include a detailed list of the recommendations from the call, as well as some additional ideas just for you!
